The use of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or identity documents, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Persons who have self-excluded from jum99 or from any other gambling operator and whose self-exclusion period remains active are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on jum99. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
jum99 actively verifies the age of all Players. We reserve the right to suspend any Account pending age verification and to permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age, with all funds forfeited. No exceptions will be made.
When registering an Account on jum99, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify jum99 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jum99 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password and advises against sharing your login details with any third party. jum99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
jum99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that fails to meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
Your use of the jum99 Platform is subject to the following conditions, which you agree to comply with at all times:
5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may not use the Platform for any purpose other than lawful recreational gambling as contemplated by these Terms.
5.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information you provide to jum99 — at registration, during KYC verification, and at any other time — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
5.3 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your jum99 Account belong to you legally and are not proceeds of criminal activity of any kind. jum99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required.
5.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a manifest technical error, malfunction, or system fault that results in an erroneous game outcome or incorrect credit to your Account, jum99 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore your Account balance to the state it was in immediately before the error occurred. Knowingly exploiting a technical error is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5.5 Availability. jum99 makes no representation that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily interrupt access. jum99 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jum99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum. jum99 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the following estimated timeframes, subject to successful KYC verification and the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) — 30 minutes to 3 hours; cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) — 20 to 60 minutes. These are estimates only; actual processing times may vary.
6.4 KYC Prior to Withdrawal. All Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. jum99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any subsequent stage. Withdrawals will be held pending verification where documentation has not been received or has not been accepted.
6.5 Same-Source Policy. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jum99 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps where a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
6.6 Currency. All Account transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. jum99 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
7.1 General Conditions. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jum99 are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion ("Promotion Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Promotion Terms for a specific offer, the Promotion Terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion Terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. jum99 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both outcomes of a single event, placing bets with very low house edge beyond reasonable gameplay), using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional offers. Where such patterns are identified, jum99 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings, and to suspend or terminate the Account.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets are subject to expiry periods stated in the applicable Promotion Terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering requirements that expire will be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.5 Promotion Availability. jum99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including restricting eligibility to specific player tiers, regions, or payment methods. Players already mid-claim of a promotion at the time of modification will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of their claim.
7.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific Promotion Terms indicate otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being cancelled.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jum99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

All content on the jum99 Platform — including but not limited to the jum99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jum99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

10.1 The jum99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jum99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 jum99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services, even if jum99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Without limiting the foregoing, jum99 shall not be liable for: (a) any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform; (b) any technical failure, delay, interruption, or error affecting the delivery of Services; (c) any loss resulting from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure; or (d) any act or omission by third-party payment providers (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or any other payment partner).
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jum99's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
jum99 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. We operate a comprehensive suite of Player Protection tools designed to assist Players in maintaining control over their gambling activity.
11.1 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our customer support team. Permanent self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
11.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the Account settings or by contacting customer support. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become effective.
11.3 Loss Limits and Cooling-Off. Players may also set loss limits and request cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits or bets may be placed.
11.4 Age Restriction. The Platform is available exclusively to Players aged 21 years and above. We enforce mandatory age verification as part of our KYC process and will immediately suspend and close Accounts found to belong to underage individuals.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jum99 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.
12.2 Closure by jum99. jum99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) jum99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or prohibited activity; (c) you have failed to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) jum99 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, jum99 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Account balance, including any real-money deposits, may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
jum99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jum99 will notify Players via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where applicable, via email to the address registered on the Player's Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jum99's operating jurisdiction as stated in its licensing framework. Players in Malaysia acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform subject to their local laws and regulations.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and jum99 arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. jum99 aims to resolve all Player disputes within five business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
14.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with jum99's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and all applicable Promotion Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jum99 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
